The studio can accommodate up to 2 guests. It includes a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Two terraces allow you to enjoy meals or relaxing moments at different times of the day: one facing the boulevard to watch the activity, and the other at the back, private and peaceful. The simple and warm décor, along with quality bedding, ensures optimal comfort.
Access
Check-in is self-guided, simple, and flexible, available between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with check-out before 10:00 AM (flexibility depending on the reservation). Street parking is easy, right in front of the apartment, and a discreet rear entrance allows for a stress-free stay.
