Located in a quiet and sought-after area, this bright, dual-aspect apartment stands out for its natural light, its exceptional covered terrace (a real asset for the area), and its immediate proximity to all amenities. An ideal base for discovering Ajaccio on foot, in an authentic and elegant atmosphere.
Space
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests. It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bright living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room includes a single sofa bed, ideal for a third guest. A true highlight of the apartment is its covered terrace, allowing you to enjoy meals outdoors — a rare feature in this part of the historic center. On the opposite side, balconies run along the apartment, providing plenty of natural light and ventilation throughout the day. Located on the 4th and top floor, the apartment rewards you, after a few steps, with a quiet, bright setting and open views in one of Ajaccio’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Access
Check-in is self-service, easy and flexible, available between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with check-out before 10:00 AM (flexibility possible depending on the booking). Parking is available at the Place Diamant underground car park or at the Tino Rossi port car park, both located within immediate walking distance of the apartment.
